Pruning & tethering

To shape a tree to the form that we wish, we prune several times a year. Such an intensive pruning is necessary to get the trees in the right form and maintain this. With all that pruning remains the golden rule ‘pruning gives growth’. To train the remaining selected branches after pruning in the desired direction, they are tied to a frame of bamboo canes. For this we use elastic ties. This creates the perfect tree.
